Delete your Elsy account
We take your privacy seriously. Here's exactly what gets deleted, what we keep, and how to request deletion.
What gets deleted
When we process your deletion request, we permanently remove the following from our systems:
- Your caregiver account and login credentials
- Your parent's profile and all personal context we've collected
- All conversation history, transcripts, and summaries
- Memories and personal facts Elsy has learned about your parent
- Reminders and medication schedules
- Wellbeing data and any safety alerts
- Notification history and preferences
- Care circle relationships and invitations
What we keep, and why
A small amount of data is retained after deletion, only where we are legally required to do so or where it cannot be linked back to you:
Billing and payment records
Retained for up to 7 years where required by tax and accounting law in our jurisdiction (Singapore). These records are kept by our payment processor and our accounting systems, not in the Elsy app.
Aggregated, anonymised analytics
We keep statistical product usage data that has been stripped of any identifiers and cannot be traced back to you or your parent.
How to request deletion
Send us an email from the address linked to your Elsy account. The button below opens your email app with the right subject line — just send the message as-is.

We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain specific records.
